- Description
- Requirement: The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 250 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet and 1,500 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of collocated storage space. Delineated Area: Offered properties must be located within the Vineland, Bridgeton, and Millville city limits with close proximity to Route 55. Lease Term: Ten (10) years with cancellation rights after the fifth (5th) full year of occupancy. Owners and Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
