- NAICS Code: 561612 THIS REQUIREMENT is anticipated to be a sole source with Amerimar Realty Co. US EPA leases from Amerimar Realty Management Co. Amerimar hires the guards for all tennants of the building. STATEMENT OF WORK: Provide additional guard service (required by Homeland Security Act) to cover dock area and entrance to parking garage at One Denver Place, 999 18th St., Denver, CO. DOCK POSITION: Hours: Monday-Friday, 0800 - 1800, Duties are to log in and visually inspect every vehicle that enters the North and South Tower docks. The log in procedures include company name, driver's name, where the delivery is going, what is being delivered or picked up, the vehicly type and locense plate number and the time in and out. The guard should observe what is happening beyond the dock area to include the sidewalk and street and perform perimeter checks as they walk from the two towers. GARAGE ENTRANCE POSITION: Hours: Monday-Friday, 0600-1800, Duties are to observe (during peak traffic time) vehicles entering the parking garage. The guard is to look for anything suspicious, such as a vehicle that looks suspicious, i.e., over-loaded vehicles, large fuel cans, explosives and/or any hazardous materials. The guard should stop any suspicious vehicles or follow said vehicle to its parking space and question the driver. Other duties include walking the three garage levels looking for anything or anyone appearing suspicious. DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA: US EPA Infrastructure is to receive monthly copies of guard log in sheets for verification of service. EPA Contact: Maureen Martin at martin.maureen@epa.gov
