- NAICS Code: 339999 The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Research and Development (ORD), intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with Skyline Exhibit Group, Inc. for two 10' truss exhibit hardware structures, one pop-up tabletop hardware structure and accessories. This material must be 100% compatible with the existing exhibit structures. The existing exhibit structures were manufactured by Skyline Exhibit Group. The following is a description of the intended procurement: A 10' Skyline Mirage fiberglass frame backwall exhibit, and a Mirage Tabletop exhibit. The 10' Mirage backwall hardware package part number is 9344. The lights 5509 or 14866 will cross over to match the lighting used on Skytruss. The magnets used to hold graphics to the Mirage backwall are the same magnets used for Skytruss. The Skytruss hardware is engineered to be able to surround, mix with and attach if desired to the Mirage hardware. This is not a request for proposal. However, any firm believing itself capable of meeting EPA's requirement may submit technical documentation to establish the potential of complying with the specifications. Such documentation must be submitted to the point of contact within 15 days of the posting of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered only for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed on a sole source basis.
