Description

The Department of the Treasury, Departmental Offices has a need of caf? services located at 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. Washington, DC. Anticipated start date is October 1, 2003. The contractor shall provide all supplies and services necessary for the management of a food service operation. The Government will furnish some equipment and utilities. The contractor must also provide and operate vending machines for after hours operation as well as provide catering services. Hours of operation shall be from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The food service operation shall be at no cost to Treasury for the purpose of providing a high quality, customer friendly, clean and safe food service environment to all Treasury employees and their guest. The competitive range will consist of past performance rating to include reputation and experience, resources, menu, controls, sanitation and preventive maintenance, price and portion policies and budget control. The contract period shall consist of a base period plus four options years. All interested parties are invited to submit proposals to Sheryl Smith.
