- Description
- Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of the Department of the Treasury, Office of Inspector General (Treasury OIG) intends to acquire on a sole-source basis to PricewaterhouseCoopers, 401 Broad Hollow Road, Melville, NY 11747 for TeamMate audit management software. Treasury OIG has made an administrative decision that their office will consolidate with Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA), who has implemented TeamMate. PricewaterhouseCoopers is the sole manufacturer, publisher and seller of TeamMate software in the United States. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00 p.m. EST, September 9, 2003. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required TeamMate software at terms more advantageous to the Government. Request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered affirmative responses. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates their ability to meet all requirements and that is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to PricewaterhouseCoopers. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
