- The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP), Mechanicsburg, intends to issue an order in accordance with Simplified Acquition Procedures, FAR Part 13, to Kottmann, Inc., 513 Sparkman Drive, NW, Huntsville, AL 35816.
