- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N68836-03-T-0269 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332439 and the business size standard is 500 employees. Desired time of delivery is 120 days ARO, FOB destination. A total quantity of (4) SINGLE DOOR, GREEN MOBILE WEAPONS CONTAINERS, ISU 90EO or equal, are to be purchased. Two (2) each containers for delivery to NAS JACKSONVILLE FL, MIUWU 207 BLDG 938 and two (2) each containers for delivery to MIUWU 208, 18650 NW 62nd AVE, HIALEAH, FL. Containers shall be all aluminum extruded with a mechanically fastened base. Exterior dimensions to be approximately 108 inches (L) X 88 inches (W), 90 inch height, four-way forkliftable with a 10,000 lb. payload capacity. Containers must be certified for air transport. Winching rings are to be located on every corner, interior cube 399 cubic feet.
