- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Md. (NSWCIH) intends to award a Sole Source contract to VXI Technology Inc. The procurement will consist of an upgrade to a current Motor Test Digital Data Acquisition System model VT1433B to 40 channels and installation of additional modules. The applicable North American Industrial classification System (NIACS) code is 334515. The size standard 5M. The FSC code is 5963. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22. No solicitation notices will be posted or available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.nswcindianhead.com/contracts or www.fedbizops.gov.
