- IMPORTANT NOTICE: To register for this solicitation, you must email the following directly to Karen Tindley at tindleyka@ih.navy.mil: Solicitation number N00174-03-R-0052 (in the subject line telephone and fax numbers; Name of the requestor, Organization name, address, telephone and fax numbers; and your email address. Use your email read notification feature to confirm the contract specialist?s receipt of your registration. The government is not responsible for any undelivered email transmissions. It?s the requestor?s responsibility to periodically check the IHDIV Contracts division website for curent status of solicitation and amendments. Once the solicitation has been issued on the internet, the contract specialist will send an email message to the registered requestors informing them that the solicitation is now available for downloading off the internet. Copies of th e issued solicitations can only be obtained by downloading them from the IHDIV Contracts Division website at http://www.ih.navy.mil/contracts (copies of solicitations will not be e-mailed, faxed, mailed, or provided in person, these types of requests WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED.) Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DOD?s Central Contractor Registration database. Offerors and contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr2000. This requirement will be available for downloading from the Indian Head Division website beginnining approximately 15 September 2003. Prior to this date you will not be able to access this solicitation. The SIC Code is 332995, and FSC Code is 1377. This requirement will be issued as 100% Small Business Se t-Aside. This requirement is for various parts for the CAD Hardware. The parts are as follows: (1) Pin, Firing per drawing 8593864 Rev F Qty: 300 EA, (2) Trunnion per drawing 8594482 Rev G Qty: 300 EA , (3) Head per drawing 10521455 Rev C Qty: 300 EA, (4) Guide Retainer Assembly per drawing 10521616 Rev E Qty: 300 EA, (5) Sleeve Assembly per drawing 10521617 Rev D Qty: 300 EA, (6) Body per drawing 10534179 Rev C Qty: 300, (7) Key per drawing 10534180 Rev C Qty: 100 EA, (8) Piston per drawing 10534181 Rev D Qty: 300 EA, (9) Piston, Unlock per drawing 10534182 Rev D Qty: 300 and (10) Ring per drawing 10534183 Rev C Qty: 300 EA. Delivery schedule for all items listed is 120 Days after award of contract. Steppladder quantities of 300, 500, 750 and 1000 Each for the option years. There will be four (4) option years fo r all parts that are listed. DRAWINGS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET, DRAWINGS WILL ONLY BE MAILED TO CONTRACTORS BASED ON FAXED/E-MAIL REQUESTS FOR DRAWINGS. DO NOT SUBMIT REQUESTS FOR MAILED/E-MAILED COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION, ONLY AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET. Award will be based on technical, past performance and price.
