- Description
- The Carderock Division, Naval Surbce Warfare Center (CDNSWC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Azimuth, Incorporated, Morgantown, WV, for a modification to contract N00167-02-C-0060. The existing contract requires Azimuth to provide an integrated Situational Awareness (SA) Model for use on board small naval combatant craft. In this proposed modification, Azimuth will purchase selected "core components" (hardware/application software) for the proposed Craft Integrated Electronics Suite (CIES), continue development of integration software, continue the command and control System (C2S) design/integration efforts, and assemble and test the baseline CIES. The period of performance of this modification is for an additional twelve (12) months. The modification will be awarded on a Cost Plus Fixed Fee basis. See numbered note 22.
