- NA It is the intent of the US Army Aviation and Missile Command Research and Engineering Center, Redstone Arsenal, AL, to award on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Blackwell's Book Services, 6024 SW Jean Road, Bldg. G, Lake Oswego, OR 97035-5333. Pur chase Order is for new and out of print scientific and technical publications/books published and distributed worldwide on both approval and firm order plans. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify interest and capability to respoind to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis wil l be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
