- NA The Oregon National Guard is going to sole source to General Dynamics the following procurement involving the maintenance and upgrades to Light Armored Vehicles (LAVs) for the National Guard. General Dynamics is the sole manufacturer of the LAV??????s an d only their certified personnel are authorized to perform the required work on the vehicles. The work is to include a two-day on site assessment with four days of maintenance at various sites for the National Guard. The assessment will include a listing of parts needed for the maintenance and any specific LAV tools that the National Guard possesses (National Guard to arrange for delivery to the maintenance site). If the National Guard does not possess the LAV specific tools then General Dynamics will pr ovide those tools. The contractor shall be registered in the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR) and have electronic funds transfer capability (EFT).
