- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F04626-03-Q0033, is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15 and Defense DCN 20030821. The solicitation listed here is 100% small business set aside. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6625. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3825. The North American Industry Classification System is 334515 and the associated business size standard is 500 employees. This request for quotation is for the purchase of Model/1040C Option 05 model 1040C Panel Meter Calibrator Hand Held Extender (CA0011103) Voltage Cable, 6 Meter (CA0005606), Current Cable, 6 Meter (CA0005706), Power Cord, Operation Manuals (2 sets), Maintenance Manuals (2 sets). Item(s) shall be delivered to Travis AFB, CA no later than 30 days after receipt of order. Price is to include FOB Destination charges to Travis AFB, California.
