- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format listed in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F14614-03-Q-0043. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation is reserved for small businesses; however, the Government will accept proposals from all businesses. In the event of insufficient small business participation, award will be made on an unrestricted bases." With 14 support holes, overall length 24 inches, mounting holes spacing 22 ? inches, Manufacturer: INWESCO, Part No: 10A08, (QTY 300 ea); Item # 0003- Under ground Cable Racks, MFG from 1 ? x 9/16 x 3/16 inch Hot rolled steel channel, interlock with other racks.
