- In accordance with FAR 9.2 and Public Law 98.525 this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QRs) for the overhaul of the following: NSN: 2915-01-140-5874RK, PN: 2780499-102, NOUN: Fuel Shutoff Valve, applicable F-15 aircraft. This is not an RFP. No solicitation document exists.
