- SYNOPSITATION FOR MOTOROLA BATTERIES, ALGORITHMS ENCRYPTION UNIVERSAL CRYPTO MODULE SETS FOR ASTRO-XTS3000 PORTABLES AND ASTRO-SPECTRA MOBILES ? BRAND NAME OR EQUAL F33601-03-R-0080 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for subject items, commercial commodities to be procured by Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F33601-03- R-0080 is a Request for Proposal (RFP). This procurement will be awarded in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. No hard copies will be sent. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. Proposed acquisition is unrestricted, full and open. The associated North American Industrial Code (NAIC) is 334290, size standard 750 employees applies. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated with 3 line items: Line Item 0001 ? 490 each ? AES/DES-XL/DES-OFB Algorithms Encryption Universal Crypto Module Set (UCM) for ASTRO-XTS3000 portables, Motorola Model NNTN4433A Line Item 0003 ? 25 each ? AES/DES/DES-XL/DES-OFB Algorithms Encryption Universal Crypto Module Set (UCM) for ASTRO-SPECTRA mobiles, Motorola Model HLN1440 Offerors must complete the fill-ins at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ?
