- Description
- The 377th Contracting Squadron at Kirtland AFB, NM has a requirement for a Closed Cycle Refrigerator Cryostat. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, training, and other items necessary to deliver the required product. This acquisition will be accomplished as a Simplified Acquisition in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 13. This will be a firm fixed-price type contract. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339999 (formerly Standard Industry Code (SIC) 3679), threshold of 500 employees. Interested parties may download the solicitation from http://www.eps.gov when it becomes available. Offers shall be submitted via paper copy only. The specific closing date and time for submission of offerors will be contained in the solicitation package. It is imperative interested parties review the above mentioned site frequently for any updates/amendments. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at www.ccr2000.com prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a solicitation, which will be considered by the agency.
