- NOTE: All quotes received from previous Statement of Work will be disregarded and all interested contractors shall submit a new quote if interested based on the below revised Statement of Work. The below Statement of Work has been revised and a site visit has been scheduled. Statement of Work for One Each System: 1. SCOPE: The work covered by this statement of work consists in furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, appliances and materials and performing all operations in connection with the replacement of existing SCADA computer with new system. 2. PURCHASE AND INSTALL NEW SCADA COMPUTER SYSTEM: Minimum specifications - 3.0 GHz, 512K minitower, 512 MB SDRAM, MS Windows 2000 Professional, 48X CDRW, 19? Flat Panel, Laser Printer and DVD Player. Contractor should provide one additional PC as a backup for main PC in case of emergencies, to continue plant operations. (Note: Second PC can be a Laptop.) 3. PURCHASE, INSTALL AND PROGRAM SOFTWARE: Purchase 500 Tag Wonderware Intouch Development Version 8.0 software including 1 year annual support and maintenance provided by Standard Automation. Wonderware will be licensed to 56 Civil Engineer Squadron. Install and program Intouch software. Configure Intouch on new computer in accordance with the existing Fix 32 application. 4. TESTING AND TRAINING: Contractor will perform startup and testing. Provide training on new SCADA system to operational personnel. Contractor will provide up to 40 hours of additional program modifications and enhancements as requested by operational staff. 5. WARRANTY: The contractor shall provide a 1-year warranty on all labor and material. 6. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT: Contractor shall have a local site within 100 miles of Luke AFB, AZ, for fast response in case of emergency and a site visit is necessary. Ensure you state the physical address for this site on your quote. PERFORMANCE OF PERIOD: The contractor shall complete work under this contract within 90 calendar days after receipt of award. SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for 2 Sep 03 at 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time at the Waste Water Treatment Facility, Bldg 292, Luke AFB, AZ, 85309-1217. There will be no other site visit. The site visit is not mandatory, however, it may be helpful for submitting a quote. Interested contractors will meet in the Visitor's Center at 7:45 AM to get a Visitor's Badge for the site visit. Contractor's who are attending the site visit must bring their drivers license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance in order to receive a Visitor's Badge. Contractors who intend on submitting a quote for this project shall have their quotes reach 56th Contracting Squadron, 14100 W Eagle St, Luke AFB, AZ 85309-1217, no later than 4:30 PM on 9 Sep 03. Prices shall include any applicable taxes and transportation costs. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
