- Maintenance of the base Land Mobile Radios. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, management, and technical support necessary for upkeep and repair of all land mobile radios on Barksdale AFB. Specific requirements for this contract can be found in the attached solicitation. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS code 811213. If there is no fair and reasonable offer received from a small business concern, the acquisition for small business set-aside may be dissolved and the acquisition will open to all prospective bidders. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
