- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Tennesee Valley Healthcare System, VISN 9, Contracting Office located at 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129, is soliciting for Oral/Maxillofacial Surgeon services on behalf of the VA Medical Center, 1101 Veterans Dr., Lexington, KY 40502-2236. The resulting contract will be for one (1) base year with three (3) option years to renew. Contractor shall furnish an oral/maxillofacial surgeon to perform duties as described in the Statement of Work. Duties shall be performed at the VAMC, Cooper Dr. Division in Lexington, KY. Oral Surgeon services shall be provided for approximately fourteen (14) half-day clinics with two (2) operating room days per month. On-call services shall also be provided. Oral Surgeon shall be licensed and Board Certified. The solicitation will be issued on 8/25/03 with quotes and proposal information due on 9/15/03. NAICS code is 621210.
