- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to Provide all labor, materials, equipment, travel, parts and supervision for full maintenance for the vertical transport systems listed in the specifications. Semiannual inspections and safety tests of cars and counter weight safeties, governors and oil buffers of all elevators to be made during the month of November, and second semiannual inspection to be made during the month of May in accordance with ANSI Code A17.1 - 2000, or latest editions. The services are to be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions listed herein and contained within this request for quotations at the VAMC, 5000 West National Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53295. This contract is effective for the period of April 1, 2003 through March 31, 2004, with four (4) one-year options. Contract type is firm-fixed price. This solicitation is set-a-side 100% for small business and offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The NAICS code is 23590; size standard $6 Million applies. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about August 25, 2003, 2003.
