- Description
- The VA Boston Healthcare System, 150 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02310, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 intends to negotiate a firmed fixed price with Boston University Psychology Association for the research study of HIV/AID and PTSD-Preparation for and provision of psychotherapy interventions to study participants including documentation of treatment interventions, tracking of participants, re-engagement of participation, monitoring of the ntervention service record forms for participants randomized to the intervention condition, attendance at supervisions, participation on the clinical care committee, assisting with the preparation of the grant application, editing of slides and re-cataloguing of treatment protocol video clips. The project is estimated at approximately 45,000 dollars. This notice of intent is not a request for offers. No solicitation is available. The NAICS code is 541720. A notice not to compete is solely the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantages to the Government. Responses must be received by Monday, September 08,2003, 12 noon. No telephone inquires will be accepted.
