- Description
- Offeror to provide Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance services to veterans of VA Medical Center, Providence, RI and VA Clinics in Middletown, RI, New Bedford, MA and Hyannis, MA. Ambulance runs are required to or from other VA Facilities in the Boston, MA area and West Haven, CT area. Services are required 24/7. Offeror shall provide state certified Paramedics (EMT-P) and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs). Ambulance provider must be able to meet all Rhode Island and Massachusetts State licensing requirements. Brokers and agents will not be considered. Solicitation packages available 8/22/03. Offers are due 9/5/03 at 2:00 PM. Requests for solicitations in writing only or by FAX (401) 457-3079 to this office attn: Emerson Joslin (Bob). A pre-poposal meeting will be held August 27, 2003 at 9:00 AM in Bldg 2 conference room at the Providence VA Medical Center. Additional solicitation packages will also be available.
