- Description
- NA 65 =96 DRUGS OF ABUSE ASSAY KITS: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, One Veterans Drive (90C), Minneapolis, MN, 55417 has a requirement for Drugs of Abuse (DAU) Assay Kits, Calibrators and Controls for use by our SAMSHA (NIDA) Certified Laboratory. All assay kits, calibrators and controls must be compatible for use on Roche Diagnostics (Boehringer-Mannheim) Hitachi-911 equipment. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the offeror providing the best value to the government, price and other factors considered. It is anticipated that a contract with a Base Year and two Option Years will be awarded. RFQ-618-31-04-LK has been assigned to this solicitation and bid documents will be available on or about August 25, 2003. Full and Open solicitation and award procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR 12 and FAR 13 will be followed for this procurement.=20 FSC Group 6550 and NAICS code 325413 (formerly SIC 2835) apply with a small business size standard of 500 employees or less. Interested parties may download bid documents from BOS/FedBizOps Website, or may request bid documents in writing at the address above or by FAX 612-725-2072. Proposals in response to solicitation will be due in the Contracting Office (90C), VAMC, Room 4G-107, Minneapolis MN 55417 by 4:30pm CDT September 19, 2003.
