- Description
- This announcement replaces announcement RFP 600-113-03 dated February 10, 2003, which has been cancelled. The Network Business Center, 5901 East Seventh Street, Long Beach, CA 90822, has a request for Radiology Services for the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), location 2100 East Calvada Blvd., Pahrump, NV 89048. All offerors shall be located within a five (5) miles radius of Pahrump CBOC. The contractor will perform radiological procedures/examinations as outlined in the Work Statement. This contract will be a one (1) base year, with three (3), one (1) year options. Issuance of the package will be the week of August 25, 2003, with a response date of September 12, 2003. All responses for the package shall be in writing and faxed to 310-268-4759. The Contracting Officer will accept e-mail requests to the following address, angela.berry2@med.va.gov. This acquisition is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business, NAICS 621111.
