- Description
- The Network Business Center, 5901 East Seventh Street, Long Beach, CA 90822, has a request for Evoked Potential Services at the VA Greater San Diego Healthcare Systems, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. The contractor will perform motor and sensory evoked potentials for Neurosurgery and Ortho Spine Surgery. This contract will be a one (1) base year, with four (4), one (1) year options. Issuance of the package will be the week of August 25, 2003, with a response date of September 15, 2003. All requested for packages shall be in writing and faxed to 310-268-4759. The Contracting Officer will accept e-mail requests to the following address, angela.berry2@med.va.gov. This acquisition is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business, NAICS 621111.
