- Description
- The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) intends to enter into a contract on a sole source basis with International Planning, Inc. (IPI), for oral translation services at the 14TH International Wheelset Technology Transfer Congress to be held at the WDW Grand Floridian Resort in Orlando, FL. IPI is a local company who has intimate knowledge of the facility's layout, requirements and restrictions, necessary to ensure success of FRA's participation in the event. The applicable authority for this announced intention is that under 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, ?Only One Responsible Source.? This task is NOT a competitive solicitation and a competitive solicitation is NOT available.
