- Description
- Renovation of the existing water treatment building at the Community of Potato Creek on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, South Dakota. Duration of the contract will one-hundred twenty (120) days from the Notice to Proceed date. Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 241-03-BI-3511 is a fixed price project and will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a non-refundable charge of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for the solicitation documents. Project Magnitude is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. This solicitation is set-aside for certified Buy-Indian owned businesses. The Indian Preference Clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
