- Description
- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a requirement to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material necessary to provide janitorial services under a performance based contract at the National Weather Service, 1Weather Lane, P. O. Box 1208, Gray, ME. The work area covered by the specifications is approximately 5,400 square feet. Rental of a dumpster for trash disposal must be provided by the janitorial service and included in this contract. Period of Performance will be October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004 with four one-year options. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Successful offeror will be required to register in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of the solicitation will be attached as a downloadable Word file to this announcement on or about August 29, 2003. Hard copies of the solicitation will only be provided in response to written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor. Telephone requests will not be honored. Requests for copies of the solicitation may be faxed to (757) 441-3786. Offers received by September 19, 2003 will be considered for award. Award will be made on or about September 25, 2003. Numbered Note 1 applies.
