Description

Purpose of this modification is to post the following questions and answers: Questions: 1) The spec calls for Milb 131H Class 1 and Mil B 117F. Both those specs are fairly outdated and have been updated or revised to Mil PRF 131 (which is a performance for 131 type materials) and the 117 spec is now Mil DTL 117 which is also a revision concerning bag construction. Normally the spec requires that both the 131 and the 117 be printed on the bags, however this is a small bag which requires "114q" be printed on the bag. The question is; does the bags have to have the 131 and the 117 printed along with 114q? Answer: Bags do not have to have the 131 and the 117 printed along with "114q". 2. What size is the print for the "114q" ? Answer: 2/10th of an inch. 3. What color is the printed? Answer: black print 4. Concerning question 1, can we certify to spec requested with a "Certificate of Conformance" and not print the bags with 117 or 131? Answer: Yes
