- PR No: LTC03231014055; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Cowl Door Hinge Fitting for the C-5 aircraft. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. There are two approved sources of supply, CPI Aerospace (Cage 9U679) and Precision Mfg (Cage 92037). The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-00-481-7033; P/N 4P23286-101A, Rev B; AEQ = 20 Base Year, 32 per Option Year; and Maximum Qty = 36 Base Year and 64 each for all Option Years. Delivery: FOB Origin, 252 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue dated is on or about 17 Sep 03. The anticipated award date is 17 Nov 03. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
