- Description
- Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to procure commercial part numbered items where Mil-Comm Products Co., Inc. (CAGE 0BAN7) is the authorized source of supply. The proposed contract will be a Requirements-type contract with a two-year base period and will include four two-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued IAW FAR Part 12. Additional sole source items may be added to the resultant contract. Any supplies to be furnished under this resulting contract will be ordered by issuance of a delivery order. This solicitation will not include any items that have a competitive data package. Alternate offerors must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN for approval in order to be considered for award. FOB Destination. Inspection and acceptance destination. Solicitation issue date is September 16, 2003. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
