Critical application item applied. Original Inspection required. Original manufacturer?s commercial unit packaging is required. Repacking is not authorized. Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set Aside, firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for 60 Bottles with option to increase the quantity, 100%. Automated Best Value System applies, The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Item 0001 ? 60 BT will be FOB Origin for Direct Vendor Delivery to Norfolk VA. Transportation Expenses are reimbursable, QAP 002. This is not a commercial item. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Hazardous Warning Label are required. The solicitation will be issue on September 09, 2003 with a closing date of October 09, 2003.
