- Item Description: Health and Comfort Packs (HCP) Types I, II, and III. Unit of issue is box. HCP Type I NSN: 8970-01-368-9154, HCP Type II NSN: 8970-01-368-9155, and HCP Type III NSN: 8970-01-487-7488. Acquisition Notes: This procurement is an IDTC/IQC contract with one base year and two 100% term options. Type I Qtys: Min 5,000/Max 50,000; Type II Qtys: Min 750/Max 7,500; and Type III Qtys: Min 5,00/Max 5,000 with one year ordering periods. Small Business Set Aside utilizing Trade Off-Source Selection Procedures. Technical proposals are required. Factors for evaluation in descending order of importance are: 1) Product Quality, 2) Past Performance, 2.1) Delivery, 2.2) Quality, and 3) Order Lead-Time. Prices are FOB Destination and offers must include freight to any destination in the continental United States (CONUS). All supplies are to be furnished by the successful offeror(s). Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Destination: Delivery shall be Direct Vendor Delivery to any CONUS stock destination and to Defense Distribution Depot Susquehanna, PA (W25G1U) Delivery: Offerors should include best delivery schedule. Issue: Solicitation period will be for 30 days and will not become available until the solicitation issue date (approximately two weeks from this advertisement date).
