- This solicitation covers an unrestricted acquisition of Jackets, Insect Repellent. NSN 8415-01-035-0846(s). The base year is for min 5,000/max 10,000. Two mandatory one-year term options will be required, each with min 5,000/max 10,000. MIL-J-87024 dated 31 August 1976, amendment 1 dated 4 May 1984, and pattern dated 31 August 1976. Production lead-time is 120 days, with 4 monthly deliveries to New Cumberland, PA and San Joaquin, CA, FOB Destination. Best Value procedures will be used. Evaluation factors are Product Demonstration Model, Experience/Past Performance, Socioeconomic Plan, DLA Mentoring Plan, and JWOD Plan.
