Prices are solicited FOB Destination (Tuscon, AZ). The Government may award on an all or none basis if it is in the best interests of the Government. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items applies with evaluation factors of technical capability of the item(s) to meet the Government?s needs, delivery schedule and price.
