- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation F02601-03-Q-0623 is being issued as a request for proposal. (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 7379, NAICS Code 541519, small business size standard of $21,000,000.00. (V) Please propose the items as listed: Line item 0001, Contractor will provide all material, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to provide NetMotion Mobility 4.01 Server and Client Software (Note: NetMotion 4.01 Server software (1), NetMotion 4.01 Failover Server Software (1), NetMotion 4.01 Client Software (100), and NetMotion 4.01 Failover Client Software (100)); Quantity: (1) one. Line item 0002, NetMotion 1-year Maintenance; Quantity: (1) one. Line item 0003, NetMotion Software configuration and training (an engineer to configure and install the NetMotion software; Quantity: (1) one. (VI) Place of delivery: 4860 South Superior Avenue Bldg 7328, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707. F.O.B. POINT IS DESTINATION. (VII) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies. (VIII) Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items applies. Proposal will be evaluated on price. (IX) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items with their offer. (X) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and any addenda the clause applies to this acquisition. (XI) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to the award document. (XII) N/A. (XIII) N/A. (XIV) N/A. (XV) A site visit will not be held. Proposals will be due to the 355th Contracting Squadron, 3180 S. Craycroft Rd. Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707, by 25 August 2003, 3:00 p.m. local time.
