- Description
- REQUIREMENTS: The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 57,500 rentable square feet of first class, high-quality office space. The rentable office space must yield a minimum 50,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. Office space must be contiguous on one floor. Office building must be a Class A building. Delineated Area: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area in Philadelphia, PA: North: Arch Street South: Walnut Street East: Second Street West: Twentieth Street Lease Term: Ten (10) years with cancellation rights after the fifth (5th) full year of occupancy, commencing on or about April 1, 2004. Owners and Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
