Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires a training package for Adobe in Design, Illustrator, and Photoshop Elements for independent training of its teachers. The training package also must compatible with DoDEA's standard classroom technology environment. To do so, these materials must be in a DVD format. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Adobe Total Training DVD products. Total Training is a brand name. This action will be processed using simplified acquisition procedures and incorporates provision and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2001-14. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is a federal government agency, tax exempt, an education activity and qualifies for academic/educational pricing. FSC Code: 7030, ADP Software. NAICS Code: 611420 Computer Training. Size Standard: $6M. This procurement is restricted 100% as a small business set aside. Quotations for this RFQ must be complete, signed, dated and due in this office at the DoDEA Procurement Division, 4th Floor, 4040 N. Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22203-1635 no later than 3:00 p.m., EST, Tuesday, August 26, 2003. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database (www.ccr.gov/) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) are mandatory.
