- Description
- Notice to Intent to Use Other Than Full and Open Competition: The U.S. Government currently occupies 3,418 rsf and will expand to 6,230 rsf of space at 2021 Business Park, 400 Northeast Drive, Columbia, SC 29203, under soon-to-expire lease. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location based on economic, mission and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supportive including all relocation costs. All services, supplies, utilities and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
