Project number 1AZ0207. LOCATION: within one-quarter mile from the Mariposa Port of Entry in Nogales, AZ. The GSA is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 727 rentable square feet. Rentable space must yield 632 to 663 BOMA usable square feet of contiguous space. Lease term: ten years, five years firm. Occupancy desired June 1, 2004 or sooner. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: Building name and address; rentable square feet and rental rate per square foot; method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet; common area factor for available space. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
