- Amendment Two to the stated solicitation was issued August 19, 2003. Changes have been made to the descriptions. Additional clauses were also incorporated into the solicitation. Vendors are required to resubmit their bid by using the bid schedule in Amendment Two. Amendment Two must be submitted on time to be considered for award. Amendment One is cancelled in its entirety.
