- NAICS Code: 721110 The Environmental Protection Agency intends to issue a purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13 on a sole source basis to Westin Hotel in Key Largo, Florida. The purchase order will support EPA's Headquarters/Regional Wetlands Program Training Workshop to be held November 17th thru 21st, 2003, in Key Largo, Florida, and covers lodging, conference facilities (including audiovisual equipment), light refreshments and 2 breakout rooms for 88 attendees. Based on our market research, the Westin Hotel in Key Largo was the only facility which offered the appropriate and convenient location and space and seating requirements for this training. Any firm who believes it is capable of meeting the EPA's requirements stated herein may submit a response oulining their capabilities, which if received within 15 calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered.
