- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the Department of the Treasury, has a requirement for a contractor to assist in the implementation and administration of a Life Cycle Account Program for eligible current and future active employees. The OCC is a non-appropriated federal financial regulatory agency with approximately 2800 employees in 100 cities nationwide and in London, England. All responsible sources shall assist in program implementation and program management. The Life Cycle Account Program will be designed so that each employee of the OCC evaluates his or her work/life balance needs and obtain reimbursement for eligible, covered expenses. Eligible expenses may include childcare, eldercare, adoption or legal fees, insurance premiums, and any medical expense not reimburse by the employees insurance provider, physical exams, fitness, and recreation activities. The program will be designed to reimburse employees for incurred, eligible expenses claimed up to established reimbursement limits. Reimbursements are subject to the IRS tax code for supplemental wages. All responsible sources that can provide this service shall have knowledge of and demonstrated experience in administrating this type of service and addressing the tax implications for the program.
