Commercial Items FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal The offeror must submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications with their proposal. Proposals shall include manufacturer, part number, descriptive literature, price and delivery information for each item. It shall also include cost, company name and address, Tax ID number, DUNS number, Business size, whether company is registered in the Contractor Registration Database, Payment terms and delivery date. F.O.B. Destination prices are requested. If F.O.B. Other, must include shipping charges and city of origin. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The government reserves the right to award by lot or by item whichever is more advantageous to the government. Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. on 5 September 2003 to the Regional Contr acting Officer, Northeast (RCO), Marine Corps Base, 3250 Catlin Avenue, Quantico, VA 22134-5001.
