- Description
- It is the intent of the Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex to contract for four (4) each 6 inch Gate valves, Class 1500, 1000F maximum in accordance with Mil-V-18110F, 19 February 1991 for delivery to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFAR 252.204-7004 REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) applies. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information regarding CCR may be found at www.ccr.gov. Requests for the quotation package will be accepted via mail and e-mail only. All request shall include complete mailing address, telephone number, fax number, and point of contact. Written requests should be addressed to Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex, Attn: Jackie Nichols, Code 532.1H, Bldg. 1500, 2nd floor, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. NOTE TO OFFERORS: This procurement is part of the Navy?s Contractor Evaluation System Red/Yellow/Green Program. Award will be based on the contracting officer?s decision as to which offeror provides the best value to the Navy (price, past performance, and other factors considered).? While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offerors, the final factors, including historical quality performance of the contractor being evaluated.? Numbered note 23 applies.
