- Description
- Notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Materials Analytical Service Inc. (MAS) Suwanee, GA, for maintenance service on Topcon 002B Transmission Electron Microscope and Topcon 510 Scanning Electron Microscope located at the Naval Postgraduate School. Service shall include one planned preventative maintenance inspection per coverage period, unlimited emergency repair service visits as required. Hours-8-5 Monday thru Friday. Labor, travel and parts included except consumables and the HV Gun Assembly. MAS is the only firm with engineers, trained and designated by Topcon, can perform the task. Equipment is Hitech Research Instruments and are proprietary Topcon and MAS. Written RFQ will be issued via SAP procedures. Aniticpated award date: 8/26/03. Period of Performance: 01 Oct 03 thru 30 Sep 04.
