- NUWCDIVNPT anticipates acquiring on a sole source basis services to develop the Handling System Measurement System (HSMS), from Chesapeake Sciences Corporation, Millersville, MD. Chesapeake Sciences Corporation is the only known manufacturer of the TAIPT Telemetry System, which will be used to develop the HSMS. Call Nancy Howard at 401-832-1545 for additional questions. A solicitation will not be posted. This acquisition is being processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. NAICS code 334511.
