Description
This solicitation will be available for downloading from our website beginning approximately 02 September 2003. Prior to this date, you will not be able to access this solicitation. When available, copies of this solicitation can only be obtained from the NSWC, Indian Head Division Internet web page. To Register for this solicitation, you must email the following information directly to Carolyn Anderson at andersoncl@ih.navy.mil. Solicitation number (in subject line of your email); name of the requestor; Organization name, address, telephone and fax number; and your email address. Use your email read notification feature to confirm the Buyer receipt of your registration. The government is not responsible for any undelivered e-mail transmissions. It?s the requestor?s responsibility to periodically check the IHDIV Contracts Division website for current status of solicit ations and amendments. Once the solicitation has been issued on the internet, the Buyer will send an e-mail message to the registered requestors informing them that the solicitation is now available for downloading off the internet. Copies of issued solicitations can only be obtained by downloading them from the IHDIV Contracts Division website at http:// www.ih.navy.mil/contracts (? copies of solicitations will not be e-mailed, faxed, mailed, or provided in person, these types of requests WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED?). Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DoD?s Central Contractor Registration database. This requirement is for a Batch Ovens. Qty: 4 each. (1) The ovens must meet the requirements of NAVSEA OP 5 1 SEVENTH REVISION PARA 9-3.6. through 9-3.6.6. AND 4-19 IHDIVNAVSURFWARCENINST 5100.22G PARA 4.8.t (sub Para 1 applies in full). (2) Size 10cu/ft oven space (minimum) (3) 350 Degree F, Temperature capability (minimum) (4) Adjustable Thermostat (5) Adjustable High Temp shut down control (6) Fixed High Limit Temperature shut down control (7) Oven Temperature Alarm, Audible or Visual (8) Indirect forced air circulation, controllable (9) Power Requirements 220/230, Single Phase, 20 Amp (10) Vented external through a 4 inch or adaptable to 4 inch duct (11) Can fit through a 33 inch opening (12) Blow out back for explosion protection (13) Adjustable shelving heights (14) Freestanding with working height of 24 inches (minimum) (15) Digital Temperature and Set point controls (16) Explosion Proof warm air circulation motor. The NAICS Code is 333994 and FSC Code is 4430. This requirement will be issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
