- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1 lb cast booster D45 (25cs); slurran 806 2.5 x 16 (160cs); primadet #7 MS175 30ft (6cs); primadet #8 MS200 16ft (5cs); EZTL MS17 12ft delay (3cs); EZTL MS25 12ft delay (3cs); EZTL MS42 12ft delay (3cs); Alpha Mix Anfo (60bg). This requirement is sole sourced to Alpha Explosives, 1823 Sabovich, Street, Mojave, CA due to unique characteristics. Any firms believing that they can provide the explosives, Any firms believing that they can provide the commercial explosive, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm?s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the (data/service) without causing programmatic hardship.
